To create a group, select Create Group under Groups.

• Type in a name of the group you would like to create.
• In the Parent Group drop-down select the parent group that you would like to associate the new group with (the users from the newly created group will only appear for the parent group).
• Click the Create button to create the group. 

After creating the certificate, you will be taken to the Group Information screen.
